Hyrräkuja 10 is a terraced housing development comprising five residential buildings, situated in Ilola. The buildings contain a total of 12 rental flats, comprising two-room and five-room flats, each with its own sauna.
The development features storage rooms for household goods, a couple of outdoor storage areas allocated to individual flats, and a storage area for outdoor equipment. The flats have their own saunas. There is a children’s playground in the communal courtyard area.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

Ilola as a residential area
Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of detached and semi-detached houses, offering a peaceful living environment close to nature.

Ilola has nurseries, a school and local shops. The Koivukylä centre, located a short distance away, features large supermarkets, healthcare services and a library.

The nearest railway station is in Leinelä, approximately one kilometre from Ilola. The area has good bus connections to stations in the surrounding areas, and it is also easy to reach different parts of the capital region by car.

Adjacent to Ilola is the Rekolanmetsä recreation area, which extends into the Kylmänoja Korpi nature reserve.
