Jäniksenkäpälä 11 is a small block of flats in Leppäkorpi, comprising a total of 26 rental flats. The flats are two-room, three-room and four-room flats, each with its own sauna. The development is situated close to the amenities in Korso, and there is also a beach nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, as well as individual storage rooms for household goods, outdoor equipment and prams. There is a children’s playground in the courtyard.
The ground-floor flats have their own private courtyards, whilst the upper-floor flats have balconies. There is no lift in the building. Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Leppäkorpi as a residential area
Leppäkorpi is a peaceful residential area close to nature in north-east Vantaa, near Korso and Kerava. The area consists mainly of detached houses and small blocks of flats. The Leppäkorpi marshland and Metsolansuo, both located within the area, bring nature into the residential environment.
Local amenities
There is a school in the area, and nursery services are available in the surrounding areas. Day-to-day services are easily accessible in Korso town centre and Kerava, which offer a wide range of grocery shops and comprehensive healthcare services.
Transport links
There are frequent bus services from Leppäkorpi to various parts of Vantaa. Korso station offers excellent train connections towards Helsinki. The journey to Helsinki city centre takes around 30–45 minutes.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Leppäkorpi offers an excellent setting for outdoor activities and exercise in nature. The area has plenty of forest trails and green spaces, and the popular Leppäkorpi outdoor swimming pool (‘Sandi’) is a great place to relax in the summer. Leppäkorpi’s floodlit fitness trail and the adjacent outdoor exercise area make it possible to enjoy the outdoors all year round.
