The residential development is situated in Askisto, West Vantaa, which is largely a quiet area of detached houses.
It comprises terraced and semi-detached houses of various sizes at four different addresses. The properties include three-room, four-room and five-room flats, with a total of 22 flats.
Each flat has a green courtyard and a wood-burning fireplace. Electric heating.
Residents have access to individual storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage area for outdoor equipment.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. Parking spaces in the courtyard; bookings via VAV’s customer service.

Askisto as a residential area
Askisto is a pleasant and leafy residential area in West Vantaa, close to Ring Road III and Vihdintie. Askisto offers a peaceful living environment close to nature, with everyday amenities nearby and easy transport links to other areas. The area combines comfort, safety and nature.
Local services
The area features a supermarket, nurseries and Askisto School, which provides primary education for younger pupils. Health centres and chemists are conveniently located in neighbouring areas, such as Myyrmäki, Martinlaakso and Hämeenkylä. Myyrmäki’s diverse shopping and service centres are just a short drive away. In addition, the nearby area of Varisto boasts a wide variety of furniture and specialist shops.

Although Askisto is close to nature and peaceful, it is conveniently situated along major roads and public transport routes. Bus routes run nearby, and for motorists, Ring Road III and Highway 120 provide quick access to both Helsinki and the rest of Vantaa.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Askisto is an excellent area for those who enjoy the outdoors. The nearby woods, parks and varied outdoor trails provide excellent opportunities for exercise all year round. The area also features outdoor fitness facilities, ski trails that are maintained in winter, and a disc golf course next to the school.
