Kerkkäkuja 3 is a terraced housing development situated in a pleasant area of Ylästö. The development comprises a total of 29 rental flats, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage area for outdoor equipment. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
