Kiitäjäntie 6, Korennontie 39 and Mehiläisenpolku 17 are terraced housing developments in the peaceful neighbourhood of Nikinmäki. The terraced houses comprise a total of 60 rental flats, including two-room, three-room, four-room and five-room flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying rooms, individual outdoor storage spaces for each flat, and a communal lounge. Each flat has its own sauna and private garden. There are children’s play areas in the courtyards.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

Nikinmäki as a residential area

Nikinmäki has a grocery shop, a primary school, nurseries and a garden centre. The nearby centre of Korso offers a wider range of services, such as a greater selection of grocery shops, a library, and health and maternity clinic services.
Transport links
Nikinmäki has good transport links to neighbouring areas and the rest of the Helsinki metropolitan area. The nearest railway stations to Nikinmäki are in Koivukylä and Korso, both of which are well served by buses. From these stations, there are good train connections to Helsinki city centre, with the journey taking approximately 25–35 minutes. Travelling by car is easy via the Lahdenväylä and Porvoonväylä motorways.
Outdoor activities and exercise
The area around Nikinmäki offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and exercise in nature. The area is surrounded by forests and outdoor trails that are ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. The nearby Kuusijärvi outdoor recreation area and Sipoonkorpi National Park offer a wide range of outdoor activities all year round. In the popular Kuusijärvi nature and recreation area, you can enjoy swimming, saunas, hiking and, in winter, winter swimming. Sipoonkorpi National Park, meanwhile, offers extensive woodland trails for hiking and walking. Nikinmäki’s proximity to nature makes it particularly appealing to those who value peace and quiet and enjoying the great outdoors.
