Kirvisenkuja 1 is a block of flats situated in a peaceful residential area in Vallinoja. The development comprises flats of various sizes, ranging from studio flats to five-room flats, offering options to suit a variety of housing needs. The flats are spacious; some have private courtyards, whilst others have glazed balconies. There are good opportunities for outdoor activities and a dog park nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, pram storage and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the shared courtyard area of the buildings.

Vallinoja is a small and peaceful residential area on the border between Tuusula and Kerava. The area consists mainly of detached houses and is known for its low-density development and its natural surroundings. Vallinoja is home to a comprehensive school, a sixth-form college and a nursery. Daily shopping facilities and healthcare services are available in the surrounding areas of Vallinoja, particularly in the centres of Korso and Koivukylä.
Transport links
Vallinoja has good transport links to neighbouring areas and the rest of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus services run towards Korso and Koivukylä, from where there are train connections to Helsinki city centre and elsewhere in the capital region. Kerava’s amenities and railway station are also easily accessible. Travelling by car is straightforward, as Ring Road III and the Lahti Motorway are within a reasonable distance and offer fast connections to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. The area’s location makes Vallinoja a practical place to live for both commuting to work and leisure activities.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Vallinoja offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and enjoying nature. The area is surrounded by fields and woodland, and its peaceful walking trails encourage people to get out and about all year round.
