Kunnaantie 20 is a timber- and brick-clad terraced housing development in Hakkila. The building comprises a total of 32 rental flats, consisting of two- and three-room flats, each with its own sauna. The development is situated close to nature and the Keravanjoki river’s outdoor trails.
Residents have access to a drying room, individual outdoor storage spaces for each flat and a cosy communal lounge. Each flat has its own sauna. The building’s sheltered courtyard features a children’s play area.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Hakkila as a residential area
