Kylväjänkuja 7 is a terraced housing development in Hämeenkylä comprising a total of 22 rental flats. The flats in the complex are two-, three- and four-room flats, all with saunas. Hämeenkylä and Pähkinärinne as residential areas
Located in West Vantaa, Hämeenkylä is a peaceful and leafy residential area of detached houses situated at the junction of Ring Road III and Vihdintie, with several nurseries and schools in the vicinity. Pähkinärinne is a pleasant residential area situated to the south of Hämeenkylä, on the edge of Vihdintie.

There are food shops in the area. A wider range of services can be found in either the Myyrmäki or Varisto areas. There are also schools and nurseries in the area.
Transport links
Hämeenkylä has good transport links, whether by car or by bicycle. The area has a well-maintained network of cycle paths, enabling safe and enjoyable cycling. Public transport runs to Myyrmäki, amongst other places, from where there are easy train connections to both the airport and Helsinki city centre.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Hämeenkylä is a residential area for nature lovers. In the northern part of Hämeenkylä lie Pitkäjärvi Bay and Pikkujärvi, which form a popular nature recreation area complete with birdwatching towers. The area is a rarity in the capital region and is, in fact, a nature reserve. Another natural attraction in Hämeenkylä is Lammaslampi, which is a popular recreational area.
