Lauhatie 7 is a cosy and pleasantly small block of flats located in Viertola. The development’s 16 rental flats consist mainly of one-bedroom flats, with one spacious two-bedroom flat also available.
Viertola is a green and pleasant residential area right on the outskirts of Tikkurila. It is approximately 1.5 kilometres to Tikkurila railway station and the Dixi shopping centre. The area offers good opportunities for outdoor activities and jogging trails along the Kerava River. All of Tikkurila’s wide range of amenities are within walking distance.
Residents have access to a drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage area for outdoor equipment and pushchairs, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s grounds.
