Laurantie 11 is a two-block apartment block located in Havukoski. The development comprises a total of 36 rental flats, comprising studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats. Koivukylä School and a shop are situated close to the block of flats, and Koivukylä’s wide range of amenities are just a short distance away. Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the communal courtyard area. You can book a private sauna session in the block’s communal sauna via VAV’s customer service. Water charges are based on consumption.
