Laurintie 41 is a terraced housing development situated in a pleasant and peaceful residential area in Päiväkumpu. The development comprises several residential blocks, containing a total of 21 rental flats. The flats in the complex are three- and four-room flats, each with its own sauna.
Residents have access to individual storage rooms (in a separate storage building in the courtyard) and a storage area for outdoor equipment. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

There are frequent bus services from the area to Tikkurila and other key destinations, from where you can easily continue your journey by train or bus. The surrounding area offers beautiful parks, forest trails and nearby outdoor recreation areas where you can go for a run, cycle or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The park near Päiväkumpu School has a playground and a wide range of sports facilities, such as basketball, tennis and football pitches, a skate park and a disc golf course. In winter, the area around the artificial snow hill offers opportunities for sledging. In summer, there are swimming spots along the Kerava River and at Matari beach. The Kuusijärvi nature and recreation area is also nearby, with a link to Sipoonkorpi National Park.
