Lautamiehentie 22–24 is a cosy and idyllic little terraced housing development in Pakkala. The development comprises 14 rental flats, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom and five-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
The housing estate is situated in a leafy area close to jogging trails. Nearby attractions include the Flamingo entertainment centre and the Jumbo shopping centre. Public transport provides convenient connections from the area to Tikkurila, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and Helsinki city centre.
Residents have access to storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage area for outdoor equipment, as well as a gazebo in the courtyard and a children’s playground.
