Liljatie 12 is a block of flats situated in the peaceful residential area of Viertola. The development comprises a total of 34 rental flats in four three-storey blocks. The flats in the complex are two-, three-, four- and five-room flats of various sizes, all with saunas.
Tikkurila’s wide range of amenities, schools, railway station and the Dixi shopping centre are all within walking distance. The area also has good public transport links, making everyday travel hassle-free.
Residents have access to a drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage area for outdoor equipment and prams, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the communal courtyard area.
