Lummetie 11 is a block of flats in Tikkurila comprising a total of 48 rental flats. The flats in the development are one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment, a pram storage room and a communal room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard. There is a communal sauna on the A and C staircases. You can book your own sauna session via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.
