Maarinkunnaantie 13 is a cosy residential complex comprising several buildings, situated in Hakkilä. The buildings are low-rise, timber-clad terraced houses. The complex comprises a total of 40 rental flats, comprising studio flats, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal lounge. There is a children’s playground in the shared courtyard area. An outdoor gym is within walking distance.
You can book a slot in the block’s sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

The area has excellent public transport links, including several bus routes that provide quick access to the centres of Vantaa and Helsinki. Major roads, such as the nearby Lahdenväylä and Kehä III, also allow for easy travel by car.
