Norkkokuja 2 is a block of flats in Leinelä comprising a total of 59 rental flats. The flats are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. The development is situated close to the amenities of Koivukylä.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, flat-specific storage rooms and a pleasant courtyard area. The courtyard also features a children’s playground.
The complex has a communal sauna, and residents can book their own sauna session via VAV’s customer service.

The thriving and pleasant neighbourhood of Leinelä is situated in the Koivukylä district, along the Ring Rail Line. Leinelä is known for its modern residential blocks and the public art installed in the area, which gives the environment a distinctive and pleasant character.

Leinelä has a nursery and a grocery shop. The nearby Koivukylä district is home to schools, larger supermarkets, healthcare services and a library.
Transport links
Transport links from Leinelä are excellent. By train, you can reach Tikkurila and the airport in just a few minutes, and Helsinki city centre in about half an hour. There are also good bus services from the area to neighbouring areas and other districts of Vantaa. For those travelling by car, Leinelä offers easy access to major roads, such as Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III.
Outdoor activities and exercise
The area has several parks and walking trails, and the Keravanjoki river, which flows nearby, provides a pleasant setting for outdoor activities. The Malminiitty disc golf course is located nearby, and the Koivukylä area also offers a wide range of other sporting activities, such as mini-golf.
