Ojahaantie 1 is a block of flats in Myyrmäki comprising a total of 68 rental flats. The flats are studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and five-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, and a storage room for outdoor equipment. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit €0.

Local services
A wide range of services are available in the centre of Myyrmäki. The Myyrmanni shopping centre offers a wide range of shops and services for everyday needs. The area has several schools and nurseries, as well as a health centre. The Myyrmäki House is home to the Myyrmäki Library, the Vantaa Art Museum (Artsi) and the Kino Myyri cinema. The cultural offering is complemented by the Martinus Cultural Centre in Martinlaakso, which is just a few kilometres from Myyrmäki.
Transport links
Myyrmäki has excellent transport links to Helsinki and the rest of the capital region. It takes 15 minutes to travel to Helsinki city centre by train. Several bus routes run through the area, and the proximity of Ring Road III and Hämeenlinnanväylä also makes for easy travel by car.
Outdoor activities and sport
Myyrmäki offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities and sport. Myyrmäki Sports Park is the area’s main sports facility, offering extensive facilities for a range of sports. Myyrmäki Sports Centre, with its swimming pool, the Energia Areena event venue, as well as the Myyrmäki ice rink and football stadium, offer a comprehensive range of sports and leisure activities within walking distance. The area’s parks, outdoor trails and the green spaces along the Mätäjoki river encourage people to go for a jog and spend time in nature all year round.
