Peijaksentie 31 is a block of flats situated in a quiet residential area in Rekola. The development comprises a total of 59 rental flats, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom flats, all with saunas. There is a school nearby, and the area has good transport links.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for household goods, storage for outdoor equipment and pushchairs, and a community room. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.

Rekola is a pleasant and peaceful residential area dominated by detached houses in the eastern part of Vantaa, in the Koivukylä sub-district. The area is known for its green residential environment and good transport links.

Rekola has a grocery shop, as well as schools and nurseries, which make everyday life easier. A wider range of services, such as larger supermarkets, a library, and health and maternity clinic services, can be found in Koivukylä and Tikkurila.
Transport links
Rekola has good transport links by train and bus. Rekola railway station offers convenient train connections to Helsinki city centre and elsewhere in the capital region. Bus services complement the transport options to neighbouring areas. Travelling by car is also easy via the Lahdenväylä and Ring Road III.
Outdoor recreation and exercise
The area around Rekola features pleasant parks and wooded walking trails, which are ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. The Havukoski outdoor recreation area, located very close by, offers nature-filled walking trails and peaceful green spaces. An outdoor trail runs along the banks of the Kerava River at Rekolanranta, offering lush riverside scenery and a varied setting for outdoor activities and enjoying nature.
