Perintökuja 9 is a block of flats in Veromies, completed in 2021. The development comprises a total of 100 rental flats, including studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, offering options to suit a variety of housing needs.
Perintökuja 9 is situated close to transport links. Both the Jumbo Shopping Centre and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport are nearby.
The light-coloured flats feature laminate flooring and a glazed balcony. The flats are fitted with venetian blinds. The housing association has a sauna facility, where you can book your own sauna session via VAV’s customer service.

Veromies is a developing and diverse neighbourhood in the Aviapolis sub-region of Vantaa, south of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The character of the area is defined by a strong employment and service environment, alongside which residential development has also taken place in recent years. Veromies offers urban living close to good transport links and services.
Local services
A wide range of services can be found in the neighbouring areas of Pakkala, Tammisto and Tikkurila – for example, the Jumbo shopping centre and the Flamingo entertainment centre are about one kilometre away. The Varia Vocational College in Vantaa is located in the area, and there is a nursery right nearby.
Transport links
Veromies enjoys an excellent location in terms of transport. The area is situated close to Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III, enabling easy travel to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Aviapolis railway station is located approximately one kilometre away and offers fast train connections to Helsinki city centre and elsewhere in the metropolitan area. In addition, the area has extensive bus services, and the airport can be reached in a short time.
Outdoor activities and exercise
In Veromies, outdoor activities and exercise focus on urban routes in the immediate vicinity and sports facilities in neighbouring areas. The area has footpaths and cycle paths that make it easy to get about on foot, while jogging or cycling.
In the Pakkala and Koivuhaka areas, a short distance from Veromies, there are several sports and exercise facilities, such as sports fields and outdoor exercise areas. In the Tikkurila area, there is also a wider range of sports facilities, including sports parks, indoor sports centres and a swimming pool, which cater to a diverse range of people of all ages.
