Rautkallionkatu 10 is a block of flats in Havukoski, right next to Rautkallio Park. The development comprises a total of 80 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, flat-specific storage rooms and a communal lounge. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard. There is a playground and several nurseries nearby. You can book a slot in the building’s sauna through VAV’s customer service. The property also has an accessible communal sauna. Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0. Income and asset limits. Renovations carried out: Three of the four communal saunas were renovated in 2025; the kitchen and façade were renovated in 2021; and the bathrooms were renovated in 2019 (plumbing renovation). The block of flats has a lift.
