Riimukuja is a terraced housing development in Sotung, situated in a natural setting, comprising a number of wooden-clad terraced houses in various colours. The development comprises a total of 85 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, storage for outdoor equipment and pushchairs, and a community room. Each flat has its own sauna. There are several playgrounds for children in the courtyards. The playgrounds will be refurbished during 2026.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Transport links
Sotungi has good bus connections to the eastern Vantaa area and towards Tikkurila, from where train services provide easy access to Helsinki city centre and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Travelling by car is also easy, as the area has good links to the Lahti motorway and Ring Road III.

The area is surrounded by extensive fields and woodland; peaceful walking and cycling routes, as well as nature trails, encourage people to get out and about all year round.
