Rosedalinrinki 1 is a block of flats in Tammisto comprising a total of 49 rental flats. The flats in the development are studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage areas for outdoor equipment and prams, and a communal room. Each flat has its own private sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

Transport links
Tammisto has excellent transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus services run frequently to Helsinki, other parts of Vantaa and the airport. Travelling by car is easy thanks to the Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III, whilst cycle paths provide a fast and safe link to both Helsinki and Vantaa.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Tammisto is known for its beautiful riverside scenery and diverse outdoor activities. The paths along the Vantaa River encourage physical activity and are ideal for jogging and cycling. The area also has good links to the nearby Haltiala farm, where you can enjoy nature, spend time outdoors in stunning rural scenery and get to know the farm’s animals. In addition, Kartanonkoski Sports Park offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities all year round. In winter, there is the opportunity to skate on the artificial ice rink in the area.
