Ruusuvuorenkuja 3 is a block of flats in Korso comprising a total of 64 rental flats. The flats are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats. Amenities are within walking distance, and the surrounding area also offers good outdoor recreation areas and a school.
Residents have access to a free laundry and drying room, a communal room, a storage room for outdoor equipment and individual storage cupboards for each flat. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
You can book a slot in the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.

Korso as a residential area
Korso is situated in the north-east of Vantaa, on the border with Tuusula, near Kerava. The area is diverse and developing, offering a smooth everyday life with essential services. Korso is known for its functional residential environment, where services, transport links and outdoor recreation opportunities are all close by.

Korso has several grocery shops and a comprehensive range of everyday services. There are several schools and nurseries in the area. The Lumo multi-purpose centre houses a library, a sixth-form college, sports facilities and a municipal service point. Social and health services, such as the health centre, are conveniently located near Korso railway station.
Transport links
Korso has good public transport links. The area is situated along the main railway line, and the train takes about half an hour to reach Helsinki city centre and the airport. Bus services provide extensive coverage throughout Vantaa and the surrounding area. The proximity of Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III makes getting around by car a breeze.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Ankkapuisto is a leafy park in the heart of Korso, featuring a pond, an outdoor gym and play areas. Korso Sports Park offers a wide range of sporting opportunities next to the Ruusuvuori outdoor recreation area. Metsolansuo offers suitable trails for walking and cross-country skiing.
