Satomäentie 13 is a small and cosy apartment block in Jokiniemi, situated next to a peaceful park. The development comprises a total of 34 rental flats: studio flats, one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom flats and five-bedroom flats. Despite its location close to nature, the amenities of Tikkurila, as well as Jokiniemi School and Tikkurila Upper Secondary School, are just a short distance away.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a community room. There is a sheltered playground for children in the courtyard.

Jokiniemi as a residential area
Jokiniemi is a neighbourhood in the Tikkurila sub-region of Vantaa, next to Hiekkaharju. Overall, Jokiniemi is a peaceful and even rural-style neighbourhood, yet the diverse amenities of Tikkurila are close by.
Local amenities
Jokiniemi has several nurseries and schools. The area also offers cultural attractions, such as the Navethalia Theatre, run by Vantaan Näyttämö. Tikkurila is home to, amongst other things, a library, a wide range of grocery shops and healthcare services.
Transport links
The proximity of Ring Road III allows for easy travel by car in many directions. The area has good links to nearby railway stations, such as Tikkurila and Hiekkaharju, from which you can easily reach Helsinki city centre and other parts of the capital region.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Jokiniemi is surrounded by an extensive network of cycle paths, and the area offers good access to a variety of outdoor recreation areas. You can enjoy physical activity at the Hiekkaharju sports park and golf course, amongst other places. There are pleasant outdoor trails along the Kerava River, suitable for both jogging and cycling. There are several gyms in Tikkurila.
