Satukuja 1 is a loft-style housing development in Ilola, comprising a total of 58 rental flats. The flats are studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a communal laundry and drying room, a communal sauna, a community room, storage rooms for personal belongings and storage rooms for outdoor equipment. There is a children’s playground in the courtyard. You can book a slot in the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.

Ilola as a residential area
Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of detached and semi-detached houses, offering a peaceful living environment close to nature.

Ilola has nurseries, a school and local shops. The Koivukylä centre, located a short distance away, has large supermarkets, health services and a library.

The nearest railway station is in Leinelä, about one kilometre from Ilola. The area has good bus connections to stations in the surrounding areas, and it is also easy to reach various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area by car.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Adjacent to Ilola is the Rekolanmetsä recreation area, which extends into the Kylmänoja Korpi nature reserve. The area has a well-maintained network of cycle paths, making for safe and enjoyable cycling. The nearby parks offer a wide range of outdoor and sporting activities for all ages.
