Tahtitie 24 is a block of flats in Ilola, comprising a total of 25 rental flats. The flats are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a communal sauna, a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage room for outdoor equipment and prams, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.
You can book a time slot for the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Ilola as a residential area
Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of detached and semi-detached houses, offering a peaceful living environment close to nature.
Local amenities
Ilola has nurseries, a school and local shops. The Koivukylä centre, located a short distance away, features large supermarkets, healthcare services and a library.
Transport links
The nearest railway station is in Leinelä, about one kilometre from Ilola. The area has good bus connections to stations in neighbouring areas, and it is also easy to reach different parts of the capital region by car.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Adjacent to Ilola is the Rekolanmetsä recreation area, which extends into the Kylmänoja Korven nature reserve. The area has a well-maintained network of cycle paths, enabling safe and enjoyable cycling. The nearby parks offer a wide range of outdoor and exercise opportunities for all ages.
