Talvikkirinne 4 is a block-of-flats development situated close to the amenities of Tikkurila. The development comprises two residential blocks, offering a total of 49 rental flats ranging from studio flats to larger flats.
The location offers an excellent setting for a smooth daily life: the maternity and child health clinic and the town park are right next door, and the area’s wide range of amenities, such as shops, a swimming pool, an ice rink, a sports centre, a sports park, as well as schools and nurseries, are all nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment, a pram storage area and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.
You can book your own sauna session at the block’s communal sauna via VAV’s customer service. Water charges are based on consumption.
