Tammistonkatu 25 is a block of flats situated in a peaceful and leafy area of Tammisto, comprising a total of 28 rental flats. The flats in the building are studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, each with a sauna, offering options to suit a variety of living needs. There is a school and a nursery nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for household goods, and a storage area for outdoor equipment and pushchairs. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Transport links
Tammisto has excellent transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus services run frequently to Helsinki, other districts of Vantaa and the airport. Travelling by car is easy thanks to the Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III, whilst cycle routes provide a quick and safe link to both Helsinki and Vantaa.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Tammisto is known for its beautiful riverside scenery and diverse outdoor activities. The paths along the Vantaa River encourage physical activity and are ideal for jogging and cycling. The area also has good connections to the nearby Haltiala farm, where you can enjoy nature, spend time outdoors in stunning rural scenery and get to know the farm’s animals. In addition, Kartanonkoski Sports Park offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities all year round. In winter, there is the opportunity to go ice skating on an artificial ice rink.
