Uusiniityntie 6 is a small apartment block in Simonkylä, comprising a total of 80 rental flats. The flats in the development are studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage cupboards, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal room. There is a children’s playground in the courtyard.
You can book your own sauna session in the block’s sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Other: Parking spaces can be reserved via VAV’s customer service. There is no lift in the block.

Transport links
Getting around the wider Helsinki metropolitan area from Simonkylä is easy. Bus services run frequently towards Tikkurila, from where trains provide quick connections to Helsinki, the airport and the rest of Finland. Travelling by car is also convenient, as Ring Road III is nearby.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Simonkylä offers an excellent setting for an active lifestyle right on your doorstep. There is a floodlit fitness trail in the area, suitable for walking, running and, in winter, cross-country skiing. Along the route, there is also outdoor fitness equipment for strength training. Free ball games and local sports facilities in the surrounding area complement the wide range of activities on offer. The Möskär area is home to popular fitness steps, and in winter, the Möskär toboggan run is a particular delight for families with children.
