Uusiraja 13 is a terraced housing development in Simonkylä comprising 13 rental flats. The flats in the development are one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, each with its own sauna.
Residents have access to storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage room for outdoor equipment. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.
