Varpusenkuja 1 is a block of flats situated in a peaceful area of Vallinoja, comprising a total of 113 rental flats. The flats in the development vary in size from studio flats to five-room flats, offering options to suit a range of housing needs. There are good outdoor recreation opportunities and a dog park nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, storage rooms for outdoor equipment and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.

Vallinoja has good transport links to neighbouring areas and the wider Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus services run towards Korso and Koivukylä, from where there are train connections to Helsinki city centre and other parts of the metropolitan area. Kerava’s amenities and railway station are also easily accessible. Travelling by car is straightforward, as Ring Road III and the Lahti Motorway are within reasonable reach and offer fast connections to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. The area’s location makes Vallinoja a practical place to live, whether for commuting to work or for leisure activities.
