VAV Asunnot’s rental block is due for completion in September in Asola, Vantaa, at Lipstikkakuja 2 . The application period for the flats is currently open.

The seven-storey building will comprise a total of 54 flats, suitable for various life situations. The range includes studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom family flats. All flats have a glazed balcony, and residents also have access to a communal sauna and a communal lounge.

The property is smoke-free, and pets are welcome. There are income and asset limits for tenancy. The deposit is 0 euros!

Lipstikkakuja 2 is being built to meet the requirements of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and will be classified as energy class A. The property utilises solar panels to support its energy production.

Asola offers living close to nature with good transport links. Schools, nurseries, amenities and excellent outdoor recreation areas are all nearby.

You can quickly reach Helsinki city centre and the airport by train, for example.

How do you apply to live in the building?

Lipstikkakuja 2 was built with a state-subsidised loan (formerly ARA). This means that the flats are let to the applicants who need them most. Priority is given to those with the most urgent need for housing, as well as the least well-off and those on the lowest incomes.
