Great news: the completely revamped OmaVAV online service will soon be available to our residents. It will allow you to manage all your housing-related matters more conveniently than ever, whenever it suits you best.

You can easily access the OmaVAV service via your mobile phone or a computer browser. The new OmaVAV replaces the current OmaVAV service.

With the new service, you can, for example,

• report a fault
• track your rent payment status
• send us messages and questions
• get in touch with other residents in your building via the neighbours’ channel
• read guidance on living in your property
• keep up to date with the latest news for your building.

We will notify our residents via a personal message when the service becomes available. You will also receive more detailed instructions on how to set it up. Please let us know your email address via customer service if you haven’t already done so.

VAV, which is celebrating its anniversary this year, is developing its online services. VAV’s website will also be revamped this autumn.
